    Close! They are bulemas (oven-fried pastries filled with spinach and feta and topped with lots of romano cheese), and pumpkin filas.

    Ah, a bulema recipe! So years ago I took some video of Noni doing it, because you really need to see how they are formed. But the quality was poor. We are shooting a bunch of new videos with professional equipment now, so maybe I'll try again.
