Very cool – I’ve never seen this before! Do you cook with it?
I like it in salads, preferably simple ones that feature this ingredient since it is so unusual. I don't think I would actually cook it since the refreshing flavor and texture is what is most interesting about it.
i do’nt find anywhere in belgium and in france seed of ficoide glaciale.
Is it possible that you send me some seed of this plant or the adress of the producer.
Excuse my english, i read it easier tha to write it.

Hi Richard – I’ve never seen it before or since that one day I happened to find it in Portland, Oregon! Wish I could find it again, it was tasty.
